That's you, me and a cup of tea discussing you and your baby's needs
Hello, I'm Clare
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
You want to breastfeed your baby? I'm here to help you.
Breastfeeding is humanly normal and it's so much more than just food. Most women want to breastfeed, but very commonly are faced with barriers and challenges to overcome. I am here to accompany and support you on your breastfeeding journey in whatever way you need.
I've helped countless families with their babies as a children's nurse and midwife for many years. I can sit beside you and talk through ante-natal preparation, birth plans, tongue tie diagnosis, post natal support, anxiety reassurance and baby sleep reality and more.
I've been where you are.
I've overcome my own challenges during my three breastfeeding experiences and I'm here to pass on my knowledge and experience and be there for you.
